EYFS Leader
We are looking for an experienced or aspiring EYFS & Phonics leader who:
- Is ambitious and has the commitment and skills to be an effective member of the Senior Leadership
- Demonstrates initiative and can enthuse, lead and successfully develop others
- Can make a significant contribution to raising standards across the school especially phonics and early reading
- Is an excellent communicator who can develop strong relationships with pupils, parents, staff, governors, the parish and the wider community
- Able to show commitment to empathising with the school’s Christian ethos
- Is committed to ensuring that equality and equity is promoted in all aspects of school life
