Premises Manager

Scope for career development in Field -based estates management role in exciting new multi-functional school buildings, with sports complex and grounds. 

From £27,228  (NJC range 18-25)

A new opening has arisen for an organised, practical and dedicated manager interested in leading a small team of estates staff, overseeing and managing the facilities of COOMBE WOOD SCHOOL, our new school as it transfers from the temporary home at St Andrew’s to the permanent home near Lloyd Park, South Croydon in the new £35m building and amazing sports facilities.

At we take ownership of the site, responsibilities increase as will the career prospects as the school grows rapidly. When fully operational the school will enjoy varied sporting facilities on its extensive 25-acre site.

The responsibilities will include: Security; Caretaking; General Maintenance; supervision of Cleaning; generally pre-empting issues and dealing responsibly with challenges as they arise on the site. Ensuring efficient deployment of staff and economies of scale will be an integral part of the developing role.
