Pastoral Welfare Leader

Your opportunity

We seek to appoint an experienced, well-organised and committed Pastoral Welfare Leader to manage all aspects of the academic, attendance and welfare progress of all students they serve. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leader for Inclusion and Behaviour to reduce barriers to learning and promote academic and pastoral excellence. The Pastoral Welfare Leader will also specifically be responsible for supporting and developing a team of tutors focused on high standards of social, personal and academic development of targeted students.

This is an important and challenging role, which involves close interaction with Students, Teaching staff and the Senior Leadership Team.

Salary – G7 £26,047 FTE £29,333

Job Start date: ASAP
