We are looking for passionate, driven and impactful education leaders who want to make a difference within the learning community by sharing their expertise and knowledge as part of our Associate Network.

The Associate Network

Is a community of professional, academic and technical expertise united in one cohesive structure, working collaboratively with Octavo to deliver our core purpose; Improving the life chances of children and young people and their families.

Specialist Consultants/Trainers

Individual consultants and Trainers comfortable providing specialist subject expertise to a range of customers to support our vision, able to demonstrate a successful track record and impact in delivering specialist consultancy and/or training and can meet strict deadlines whilst ensuring the highest quality.

School Leaders

Individuals who currently hold a leadership position within an educational setting who are able to provide strategic and operational support and advice through a coaching and mentoring approach, who are committed to own professional development and the development of others.

Associate Schools

Educational establishments judged by Ofsted as Good with Outstanding features or Outstanding, demonstrating a capacity to support and develop other organisations on a holistic scale, who are responsive and flexible and able to genuinely commit to projects and initiatives to meet outcomes.

Strategic Associates

Organisations which share Octavo’s values and the desire to work collaboratively towards a shared core purpose: Improving the life chances of children and young people and their families.

So we can get to know you better we would like you to provide the following:

Individual applicants to submit a CV (up to three pages) and a statement of expression outlining why you would like to work with us and what skills, knowledge and experience you think you could bring to Octavo (no more than two sides of A4).

For whole organisations, we would like to read your latest Ofsted report along with a very brief expression of interest outlining how you think your organisation could be utilised.

Those wishing to become Strategic Partners, we would like to understand your business plan and why you seek to partner with Octavo Partnership. Most importantly, we want to know how your values align to ours, so a written expression covering this is required.
