About CHTA

Representing the Headteachers of Croydon

The Croydon Headteachers’ Association (CHTA) represents the Headteachers of the Borough and any Headteacher within the borough is automatically a member, regardless of the organisational status of their school.  Thus we have colleagues from all phases and sectors –  primary and secondary, state and independent, mainstream and special.

The CHTA is a public company, limited by guarantee and not for profit.  The CHTA operates in order to ensure the best educational provision for young people in Croydon schools and colleges by providing networking, support and continuing professional development.
