We are seeking a committed and motivated colleague to lead our Inclusion Room and play a key role in supporting students who require additional guidance to engage successfully with school.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to champion inclusion and ensure that students who experience barriers to learning are supported to reflect, reset and return to lessons ready to succeed. The Inclusion Room Lead will work closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff and the SEND team to provide structured support for students, helping them to develop positive behaviours, resilience and strategies for learning.
