We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Year 11 Achievement and Pastoral Lead to join our team at The Quest Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in supporting our students’ personal development, wellbeing and behaviour – ensuring that every young person can thrive and succeed.
As the Year 11 Achievement and Pastoral Lead you will work closely with our SLT and pastoral team to maintain the highest standards of behaviour, attendance and conduct across the Academy. You will be a visible and trusted presence for students, providing guidance, consistency and care, as well as responding swiftly and effectively when challenges arise.
The role will be varied and fast paced. You will lead a team of dedicated tutors, quality assure the tutor programme, lead assemblies, run interventions, meet with parents and other stakeholders and take a significant role in the wider leadership of the school, ensuring that we are efficient and effective in all that we do. There will also be unexpected challenges from time to time, which is often the nature of this important, dynamic and satisfying position.
