To have particular responsibility for the leadership of the teaching of English
To be a strategic member of the Staff Development Team
We are seeking to recruit a permanent curriculum leader from January 2027 to work across all schools with The Pegasus Academy Trust. The successful candidate will join our staff development team, responsible for ensuring high quality provision across the Trust particularly in the teaching of English. This is a non class based post but much time will be spent working alongside teachers, modelling sessions and coaching staff.
You will need to be able to demonstrate that you are an excellent teacher with strong curriculum knowledge and understanding of Little Wandle and you have the skills required to coach and lead teams and individual teachers. If you are interested, please contact Lynne Sampson for more information.
