Early Career Training Programme Facilitators – Primary
We are recruiting Primary-specific ECF Facilitators to work with the National Institute of Teaching, delivering training for our new cohort of Early Career Teachers.
Applicants will need to demonstrate knowledge of the reformed Early Career Framework and experience in mentoring, as well as CPD design and delivery.
- Deliver 11 sessions to Year 1 ECTs and Mentors;
- Deliver 6 sessions to Year 2 ECTs and Mentors;
- Option to deliver an additional 5 primary-phase specific sessions;
- Attend brief Facilitator Training before delivery;
- Sessions are fully prepared and resourced by the National Institute of Teaching.
