Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Robert Fitzroy Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed HLTA who is:

Passionate about securing positive outcomes for children;
Highly motivated, organised, and flexible in the way you work to best meet children’s needs;
An effective communicator, highly skilled in building positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and professionals;
Able to utilise planning and resourcing when covering a class;
Reliable, flexible, and willing to support the school in moving children’s learning on

The successful candidates will:

Have a Level 2, or above, in English and Maths;
Have previous experience of working effectively within a school setting;
Have a good standard of written and spoken English and a general understanding of Maths;
HLTA qualification and experience of leading teaching across the full primary range.
